Tank Shooter

Defeat waves of enemies until you're the last tank standing!
Background
Tankz was inspired by Game Dev Tv's Toon Tanks project which is a part of their Learn Unreal Engine C++ course. I expanded on the project to make it an arcade-style tank shooter and changed the controls to fit the style of the game. The game features wave-based enemy AI whose behavior was implemented using Unreal’s AI behavior tree. The project also features a main menu, controls screen, paused menu, a wave indication screen and a lose screen, as well as a health bar and health regeneration. Assets acquired from Game Dev Tv.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing the game mode, enemy AI behavior, character movement controls, health functionality, and the UI screens.
